History
Indie Guitar Tabs began its modest existence in 1998 as a GeoCities site on Yahoo. I was listening to In The Aeroplane Over The Sea by Neutral Milk Hotel at the time and was desperate to play along with it. The chords and tabs were nowhere to be found on the internet, so I took it upon myself to figure them out and post them to the internet. Up to that point I had used OLGA so extensively in learning to play guitar that I wanted to give back to the online guitar community, so this site was created. I hope you enjoy it.
